Valley Christian Center began in 1963 when Curtis & Gloria Smith, prompted by Pastor James Swanson of Bethel Temple, added a room to their Dublin home with space for 80 chairs, a pulpit and a piano. The neighborhood was canvassed and services began with a small nucleus of people, out of which grew our VCC Family. Valley Christian Schools, a ministry of Valley Christian Center, now has a sprawling campus that houses over 1,000 students on a daily basis.
