Welcome back, VCS Family! We are excited to partner with you as we move toward another successful year at VCS.  Re-enrollment for current families is well underway for the 2010-2011 school year.

Valley Christian Preschool is accepting re-enrollment applications through the month of January, and then open enrollment begins February 1, 2010.  All class openings are filled on a first come, first served basis.

Valley Christian Elementary, Junior High and High Schools are currently accepting Re-enrollment Applications.  The Priority Consideration Re-enrollment deadline is February 5, 2010.  While we want very much to accommodate all returning families, we must also respond in a timely fashion to new families seeking enrollment.  In this regard, we intend to notify new applicants of openings shortly after February 10, 2010.  Should you miss the February 5, 2010 re-enrollment deadline, admission will be based upon availability.

Changes applicable to the 2010-2011 school year include the addition of the Enrollment Contract and new Financial Policies.  Please read these documents carefully as it is important that you are aware of the content contained in these documents.

Students who were enrolled at VCS during the previous academic school year and remain in good academic and behavioral standing, and whose account balances are current will be given priority consideration when re-enrolling. Re-enrollment is not complete without the Re-enrollment Application, Re-enrollment Contract, enrollment fee, and FACTS tuition payment schedule (if not already enrolled). 

Families wishing to explore tuition assistance options should contact the Accounting Office at 925.560.6218 as soon as possible.  The priority deadline for tuition assistance is February 26, 2010.  Please note that families applying for tuition assistance must still return the signed re-enrollment contract and fee by February 5 to ensure an enrollment space for next year.  Families currently receiving tuition assistance must re-apply for the 2010-2011 school year.  If Valley Christian Schools is unable to meet a family’s full demonstrated need for the 2010-2011 school year, the enrollment fee will be refunded.
